Application:
Place 7 drops under the tongue or in a little water 2–6 times daily.
Essences can also be applied externally by mixing them into lotions or creams or by adding them to bath water – which is especially effective.

Aqueous plant extracts: Alpine Mint Bush, Crowea, Fringed Violet, Green Spider Orchid, Macrocarpa, Paw Paw, Sunshine Wattle; pure spring water, brandy.
