Purchasing at pharmacy purchase price (AEP)
As an approved business customer, you purchase from us at the pharmacy purchase price (AEP). This is the net price at which pharmacies purchase medicines from wholesalers or manufacturers, excluding VAT.
Additional volume discounts
In addition to purchasing at the pharmacy purchase price, business customers benefit from attractive volume discounts based on the net order value. The higher your order value, the more you automatically save. The respective discount is applied directly in the shopping cart, ensuring transparent pricing without additional effort.

Shopping lists for structured ordering

Purchase on account
Business customers have the option to pay by invoice in our online shop. This payment method will be activated after successful verification of your business license. The invoice will be sent by email and included in printed form with your delivery. If a different delivery address is specified, the invoice will only be sent by email to the email address provided during the order process. The invoice document is sent at the time of shipment. Please check the delivery carefully and transfer the invoice amount within ten days after receiving the goods. Until full payment is received, the goods remain the property of HECHT Pharma GmbH. Please include the payment reference number stated on the invoice when making the transfer.

Quick orders for maximum efficiency
For particularly efficient ordering processes, additional quick order functions are available. Products can be entered directly via article number or product name and the desired quantity can be adjusted immediately. It is also possible to upload a prepared CSV file to record larger orders in a time-saving manner. The file must contain the columns “product_number” and “quantity”.
