Shipping and Payment
Shipping takes place after receipt of the order and will be processed during business hours (Mon - Fri 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Shipments are made via DHL International GmbH. Please note that for deliveries received from countries outside the EU, customs or import duties may be charged once the goods reach your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. They shall be borne by you. Customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Please note that as the importer you must comply with the respective national regulations. If you order goods from us that cannot be shipped as parcels, delivery will be handled via freight forwarding.

Payment Methods

Payment via PayPal
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. As an existing PayPal customer, you simply log in with your user data and complete the payment. The payment is usually received within a few minutes and your order will be processed. If you return items, the refund will automatically be credited to the PayPal account you used. Please note that by selecting this option you agree to PayPal’s terms and conditions and thereby accept PayPal’s processes.
Payment by Credit Card
You can conveniently and securely pay with your credit card. We accept credit cards from MasterCard and Visa. Your credit card will only be charged once your order has been shipped. If one or more items are returned, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the credit card originally charged. Your credit card data is transmitted in encrypted form using the SSL procedure. Payment by Debit Card
With the Maestro logo or the debit symbol on your bank card or debit card, you can easily and conveniently shop and pay in the Florem online shop. If one or more items are returned, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the originally charged Maestro card. Payment in Advance (Bank Transfer)
When choosing payment in advance, you will receive a confirmation email after placing your order with all necessary bank details to transfer the outstanding amount to us. We will reserve the items you have ordered for seven days. As soon as we have received your payment, we will process your order. Depending on your bank, the transfer may take up to four business days. Important: Please enter your order number as the payment reference and settle each order separately so that we can allocate your payment correctly and process it as quickly as possible.
